The relationship, AB AVOCATS and Client, respects a process adapted to the nature of the file, initiated in principle by a Cabinet or telephone appointment, during which the Client's presentation must allow the Lawyer to identify the legal qualification the Customer.
It follows a proposal of fees submitted to the Client by AB AVOCATS for the purpose of carrying out an in-depth analysis of the documents in the file, making it possible to define as closely as possible the orientation to be given to the " in the best interests of the Client.
In view of the client's documents, the lawyer in charge of the case decides according to the case, on:
• the documents to be drawn up for the implementation of the project submitted by the Client,
• the chances of success of the case and the type of action to be carried out to achieve the goal pursued by the Client.
The firm AB Avocats is committed to its relations with the client, to regular communication on the progress of the case and the follow-up to be given to it.
ABCATS and the Customer regularly discuss information on the progress of the work undertaken, or on new circumstances which in some way influence the business entrusted to it.
The internal operating procedures of AB AVOCATS require that any act developed by Cabinet be examined by two lawyers in order to bring the best solutions in the best interests of the Client.
